The best beaches on the island are only a few minutes drive from here (3 miles) at Torrlinn (Lagg) which also has a hotel and Blackwaterfoot (4 miles) which has a couple of hotels, shops, horse riding, swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and a fantastic 12 hole golf course.
